INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY
Scientific and production company SINTOL was founded in 1997 by graduates of the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov.
Currently, SINTOL is the leader in the domestic market of oligonucleotide synthesis.
Each oligonucleotide undergoes a mandatory polyacrylamide gel (PAAG) and/or high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) purification step. The list of oligonucleotide modifications exceeds 50 items and is constantly expanding. Among the modified oligonucleotides, real-time PCR probes are of great interest. We offer a wide range of fluorophores and fluorescence quenchers, as well as their mutual arrangement in probes. You can order probes from us to work on any existing real-time PCR instruments, with any molecular method implementation options (TaqMan Probes, Molecular Beacons, Hybridization Probes, Scorpions Probes, etc.).
